  • 16 baby yellow potatoes
  • ½ stick unsalted butter (4 tablespoons), melted
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • Fresh dill (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
