  • 64 ounces Italian dressing
  • 32 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 40 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 green bell peppers, diced
  • 3 red bell peppers, diced
  • 36 ounces sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the cooked pasta with half of the Italian dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add half of the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with remaining ingredients until fully mixed.
  5. Transfer into large foil pans, cover tightly, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
