Ingredients
- 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry

- 1–2 tablespoons light agave nectar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Soften the cream cheese for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, agave nectar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, creating a border by tracing around it with a knife.
- Prick the center of the pastry with a fork, brush the border with melted vegan butter, and sprinkle sugar on top.
