- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 cup provolone cheese, diced or shredded
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper; remove from skillet.
- Sauté mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion in the same skillet until softened; add garlic.
- Prepare cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk and half-and-half until thickened; stir in provolone until smooth.
- Combine pasta with half the beef and veggies; toss in cheese sauce.
- Serve garnished with remaining beef and veggies.
