- 36 oz marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Bell pepper and onion

- Cook rotini pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt; drain excess grease.
