  • 4 cups shredded beef birria
  • 16 thick corn tortillas
  • 1 pound Oaxaca cheese (or Monterey Jack), shredded
  • 2 cups birria broth (consomé)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef birria according to your preferred recipe and keep warm.
  2. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.
