Instructions

  1. Warm the milk to 120-130°F. In a mixing bowl, combine warmed milk, melted butter or coconut oil, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (12×18 inches) and spread softened butter over it.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
