  • ½ cup mayo

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tri-color rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with diced bell pepper, cucumber, and broccoli florets.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
