Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and keep warm.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Deglaze with white wine and lime juice; simmer until reduced by half (6–8 minutes).
- Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat; add butter until melted.
- Return shrimp to the skillet along with parsley and Parmesan; warm through for 1–2 minutes.
