Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ cups dry white wine
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  2. Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Deglaze with white wine and lime juice; simmer until reduced by half (6–8 minutes).
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat; add butter until melted.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet along with parsley and Parmesan; warm through for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over pasta or rice.
