  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1012 drops red food coloring
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ¾ teaspoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and vinegar; mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the flour and red food coloring until just combined.
  5. Stir in half of the white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool before slicing.
