  • 16 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line or grease two 8-inch cake pans.
  2. Prepare the red velvet cake mix as per package instructions and bake. Let it cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into coarse pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Crush graham crackers finely in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin; add to the cream cheese mixture along with vanilla extract and mix well.
