  • 4 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • ½ cup diced white onion
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Sesame oil and neutral oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil and neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
