Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC) and adjust the rack to the lower third position.
- Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise and slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and sprinkle with the seasoning mix.
- Place on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and roast for 5 minutes. Uncover and continue roasting for another 10 minutes. Flip each steak and roast until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes more.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
