Ingredients
- 2 filets salmon (Atlantic, King, or Sockeye)
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (0% Greek yogurt is recommended)
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp chipotle powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ½ cup cooked edamame
- ½ avocado
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
- Mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl; reserve 1 Tbsp marinade.
- Toss salmon cubes in marinade; let sit for at least 3 minutes.
- Air fry salmon at 400°F for 7 minutes until crispy.
- Combine yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil in a small bowl.
