Ingredients

  • 2 filets salmon (Atlantic, King, or Sockeye)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (0% Greek yogurt is recommended)
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cooked edamame
  • ½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. Mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl; reserve 1 Tbsp marinade.
  3. Toss salmon cubes in marinade; let sit for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Air fry salmon at 400°F for 7 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine yogurt, hot sauce, chipotle powder, paprika, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice as the base, topped with salmon, edamame, avocado slices, reserved marinade, and spicy yogurt sauce.
