Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth; store in a piping bag and chill.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat butter with sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients.
  3. Scoop dough, flatten slightly, add cheesecake filling in the center, seal dough around it, and shape into balls.
