Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, and white chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in sea salt, then pour into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out portions and roll into balls on a parchment-lined sheet.
  4. Melt dark or milk chocolate in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly and return them to the parchment paper to set.
  6. For an extra touch, sprinkle additional sea salt on top before serving.
