Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, and white chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in sea salt, then pour into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm.
- Once chilled, scoop out portions and roll into balls on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Melt dark or milk chocolate in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly and return them to the parchment paper to set.
