- 1 lb sausage (your choice)
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup asparagus
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Dried thyme, salt, and pepper
