  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (per bowl)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Toss shrimp with olive oil and spices; grill for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
