- 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Olive oil
- Corn tortillas or hard taco shells
- Purple cabbage (shredded)
- Avocado (diced)
- Red onion (diced)
- Cotija cheese (grated)
- Lime wedges
- Sour cream
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix shrimp with minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, and olive oil until coated.
