Ingredients

  • 4 fully cooked sausages (sliced)
  • 2 medium zucchinis (cubed)
  • 1 onion (cut into pieces)
  • 1 bell pepper (cut into pieces)
  • Olive or avocado oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • Fresh basil (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and sauté until browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining oil along with zucchini, onion, and bell pepper. Season with spices and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Return sausage to the skillet along with minced garlic. Stir well, cover briefly to meld flavors, then serve.
