Ingredients
- 750g (1.7 lb) chicken breast
- 2 onions
- 3 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 250ml (8.5 fl oz) chicken stock
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 500g (1.1 lb) broccoli florets
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, chicken stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your slow cooker and set it to low heat; cook for 4–6 hours.
- After cooking time is up, mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl until smooth; stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Add broccoli florets and gently stir to coat with sauce.
