  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 heaping cups mini marshmallows (about 3.5 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend graham crackers and sugar into fine crumbs; pulse in melted butter until coated.
  3. Press crust mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined; fold in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
