  • 1215 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spoon the filling generously into each shell.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top and cover with the remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake covered for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
