  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (for marinade)
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces (for garnish)
  • Optional: chili crisp or flakes, for heat

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak in Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; cook marinated steak until browned (about 1 minute per side) and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté chopped vegetables until tender (4-5 minutes).
  5. Add shrimp; cook until pink (2-3 minutes).
  6. Return steak to the pan; add cooked noodles and prepared sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
  7. Stir in green onions before serving.
