  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 6 oz strawberry jello
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form a crust in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the blue layer by dissolving berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mixing in Greek yogurt and blueberries. Spread over the crust and refrigerate until set.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream. Spread over the blue layer.
  4. Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, add iced water and sliced strawberries, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
