- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté onion for 3–4 minutes until soft; add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
