Ingredients
- 2 x 5oz cans tuna, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 3–4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- Sliced bread (your choice)
- Softened butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna with onion, celery, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise, olive oil, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
