Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 3–4 minutes).
- Stir in halved cherry tomatoes; cook until softened. Add spinach until wilted.
- Pour in chicken broth; season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Toss cooked pasta gently with the shrimp mixture. Serve with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
