- 10 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain using a colander.
- Rinse the cooked tortellini under cool water and then transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, and minced garlic to the bowl.
