- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cans Pillsbury pizza dough
- 12 Colby Jack cheese sticks
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat, then add minced garlic and taco seasoning with water as per package instructions. Cook until water evaporates (2-3 minutes) and set aside.
- Unroll each can of pizza dough into squares (4×4 inches). Place about 3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each square, top with half a cheese stick, fold dough over filling, pinch to seal.
